Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Training covers all areas of Legislation which extends the general liability for offences to road freight consignors, receivers, packers and loaders. The CoR courses cover general awareness for staff who work in the supply chain through to their direct reports.  For Executives and Managers, CoR Australia provides a training solution that delivers content to be integrated with your existing OHS solution or that can operate on a standalone basis.

The Chain of Responsibility TLIF0009 and TLIF0014 Programs are used by transport and logistics companies across Australia and are recognised for Professional Development Points by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Australia.

Our Programs are Award Winning and have been peer reviewed by our Partners  to ensure supply chain partners and supply chain solutions meet the risk, costs and compliance requirements consistent with available control measures and Regulatory requirements.

We offer six modes of delivery for programs to participants.

Executive Management & Director Program
These sessions are designed for members of the Board and Executive and Senior Management Teams.   The sessions enable business leaders to understand the impact of CoR on their business and themselves personally.

These sessions can be delivered prior to a review by CoR Australia or be delivered as part of a overall presentation to Leadership Teams on CoR generally and specific CoR issues within the business operations.

Through these sessions, the Leadership team can set the Chain of Responsibility agenda and culture for their business.  In conjunction with senior managers the necessary CoR improvements can be monitored as they are implemented bythe Senior Managers.

These sessions cover Chain of Responsibility obligations of Boards and Executive Management.

The sessions explore:

  • Current laws
  • CoR exposure
  • Industry examples
  • Managing exposure
  • Defences to CoR
  • What needs to be done
