Tragic end to a trip home for Brisbane couple

Does your organisation have the Risk Management Procedure?
The Risk Management Procedure sets out the processes and requirements of the Risk Management Framework, key responsibilities, and supporting records, policies and procedures.
The Risk Management Framework can also be called a Risk Management System, Risk Management Process or Risk Assessment Framework. Regardless of the name of the document, it will contain a set of steps that the organisation will use to identify, assess, control and monitor risks. This course will refer to the Risk Management Framework.
The Risk Management Framework is a standard set of processes and requirements adopted throughout the organisation. The framework can be used in any function or area of an organisation – from driver fatigue to intellectual property to customer service. It consists of the following stages:
- Establish the context
- Identify risks
- Assess risks
- Treat risks
- Monitor & review
- Communicate & consult
