The Business Review, Gap Analysis and CoR Compliance Report and recommendations is designed to provide a comprehensive assessment of your Company’s level of CoR Compliance, to compile a detailed list of recommended actions.
The CoR Framework Development is designed to provide the high level system and framework of CoR policies and procedures, around which a CoR Compliance system can be constructed.
The CoR Compliance System is built upon 3 pillars to provide operational compliance, training and ongoing CoR management. This phase is a combination of design and implementation of policies, procedures, processes, systems, tools, training, and operational practices.
