Hotline to Report Truck Safety Breaches in Confidence

Drivers, supply chain employees and even general road users can report their safety concerns to the Heavy Vehicle Confidential Reporting Hotline which was recently launched.

The national confidential reporting line is a way to share heavy vehicle safety concerns which will be reported to the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator who will then assess the complaint.

The reporting line is confidential and the identity of the individual reporting will be protected.

The reporting line is part of the $16 million Heavy Vehicle Safety Initiative to improve heavy vehicle road safety.

The number is 1800 931 785 and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
