Fatal Mona Vale Crash Driver Cleared
The truck driver involved in the fatal Mona Vale tanker crash has been cleared of all charges.
The driver was behind the wheel of the fuel tanker that crashed and killed 2 people on Sydney’s northern beaches before bursting into flames.
The driver had been facing 2 charges of dangerous driving causing death and a charge of driving causing serious injury.
