Goods and Services Tax
All prices are in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Urban E-Learning will issue a compliant tax invoice where appropriate.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully as we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the services you asked for or choose the wrong service/product.
Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time by providing written notice that you wish to cancel. The cancellation will be effective as of the next subscription payment period. Payment for the Base Subscription is charged on a monthly basis. Payment for the Full Access Subscription is charged on an annual basis (12 months upfront).
Pricing Policy
We retain the rights to review and update our subscription prices at any time. If the price for your next subscription period will increase we will notify you by email prior to the payment..
Use of Information and Advice
All information contained on our website, in our publications and in emails is general in nature and does not take your organisation’s specific circumstances into account.
Urban Global cannot accept liability or responsibility for loss or damages caused as a result of a subscriber acting or not acting on the information and advice provided on our website, in our publications or in emails.

Access to Information and Services
Subscribers will have access to the information and services relevant to their subscription level. Usernames, passwords and details to access other subscriber services must not be revealed to any third party.
Training Discount Coupon
The discount coupon is provided to each paid subscriber and is for the subscriber’s personal use. The coupon code must not be provided to any third party. Once issued, the discount coupon is the responsibility of the subscriber and no additional coupons will be issued.
Use of Copyright Material
All material published on our websites (e.g. templates) is copyright to CoR Australia (Urban Global) and cannot be provided to any third party. Templates (accessed via the full access subscription) are for internal use within the organisation and cannot be on-sold, used or disclosed for commercial gain in any form. Material within the email newsletters can be used in accordance with standard referencing procedures, ensuring a reference link is provided to the CoR Australia website.
Breach of the Terms and Conditions
Any subscriber or user who breaches the Terms and Conditions will have their subscription cancelled and may have further action taken against them under the law.
Amendment to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued subscription to CoR Compliance Services constitutes your acceptance of any amendments.
