Samantha wears multiple hats in our CoR team! She is a supply chain professional with an extensive hands-on career across aviation, rail, defence, mining, oil and gas, and logistics companies with 30+ years working closely with operations, supply chain and major projects, and has worked for well-known brands including Insitu Pacific/ Boeing, Aurizon, Airbus Australia Pacific, GE Oil and Gas, Bechtel, and Maersk Shipping.
Samantha contributes as a trainer/assessor for our transport and logistics suite of courses and offerings, and also is the go-to for client liaison and business development.

Andrew has provided strategic risk advice to Boards, incorporating logistics risk across mission critical assets. Through facilitating risk workshops and undertaking reviews, Andrew has assisted clients to develop efficient, affective and practical risk responses to complex challenges in a range of dynamic environments.
By focussing on opportunities as well as risk, clients have been able to improve performance, manage risks and enhance their sustainability. Holding a Bachelor in International Business, and an MBA (International Business), Steven is an experienced Chief Executive and Company Director with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare, logistics, education management and compliance industries.
Steven has a detailed and broad perspective and knowledge of the practical implementation of the National Heavy Vehicle Law, and Chain of Responsibility as it relates to corporate governance, strategic and operational management.
A previous committee member of the Australian Logistics Council, Steve has gained over two decades of transport and logistics related experience through his work with many well known corporates and Blue Chip companies.
Peter Cutforth

Experienced senior executive – marketing and resource developement.
Starting his career as a health professional in the public and private acute-care health system, Peter studied corporate management and health and info systems management at the post-graduate level and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Corporate Directors.
He was regional director of a large well-respected Queensland aged and community nursing and care organisation, responsible for over 600 staff and a $20 million Opex budget, for five years.
Later diversifying his general management skills in the wealth-creation consulting, and recruitment fields, he overseas strategic operations of CoR Australia, with a focus on the creation of value-adding resources and operations development.

Sean holds Certificate IV’s in Workplace Health and Safety, and Training Assessment and Education and Licensing & Certifications including: HR Drivers Licence; First Aid; Dangerous Goods, and Aircraft Refuelling.

Melissa is a skilled project manager and learning and development specialist, with over 9 years’ experience in learning strategy definition, design, development, delivery, and project management of innovative learning solutions, (e-learning, instructor-led and blended), for a range of public and private sector clients and organisations.
Melissa has 6+ years’ experience as an e-learning developer, using mainly state-of-the art Lectora Online authoring software to create original e-learning programs that are stimulating, engaging, and fully accessibility-compliant.
Melissa holds the TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training and TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development. She is also an RTO compliance specialist, with 9+ years’ experience managing Urban E-Learning’s VET compliance on a day-to-day basis, as well as through various successful ASQA registration renewal audits.
